Spacious rooms with great potential.

The staff at this hotel were utterly incompetent. From check-in to dining, the service was terrible. The rooms weren't up to standard. they were unclean and felt neglected. It’s frustrating to have to ask repeatedly for basic amenities, and even then, they were delivered late or incomplete.

Unboxing my experience

What a letdown! We arrived to find water issues and a lengthy wait for our meal. The air conditioning struggled and the bathroom had leaks. To top it off, the gym was out of order, and there were concerns regarding charges at checkout. Disappointing across the board.

Room for Improvement

The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and the housekeeping staff was attentive to our needs. The rooms were decent, making for a comfortable place to rest.

However, we faced significant issues with the WiFi, which did not work at all during our stay. Additionally, there were misunderstandings regarding our breakfast inclusion that took quite some time to resolve.

i had a great stay at golden premier! the room was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. chandan, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the location is perfect, just a short distance from all major sightseeing spots.

Had a great time with my friends! We visited the Golden Temple and explored some local markets. The staff was friendly, and the meals were tasty. The location couldn't be better for sightseeing. Just a heads up though, the pool was closed during our visit.

One downside was that our bathroom wasn't very clean, and we had a hard time getting extra towels.

This place is just an appropriate option for a whistle-stop in Amritsar with good price-quality ratio. My bed was super comfortable, which was a nice surprise after a long day of sightseeing. If you're not too picky and just need a place to crash, this hotel might do the trick.

We enjoyed our stay in the deluxe room! The bed was so comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally accommodating, especially when we requested early check-in for our baby. Dining options were delightful, offering a fantastic variety. Pro tip, don't hesitate to ask for extra supplies right away!
